I had the privilege of carrying out a unique engagement shoot this week at Wysipig’s farm in Arborfield. Amy and Phil were after a unique location for their engagement shoot and after some searching I found this amazing location. With vintage tractors and old farm buildings this was the ideal location for a sweet romantic family photoshoot with their latest edition Yogi their 5 month old Lab. Wedding in Stoke D’Abernon at St Mary’s Church and Parkside School Helen and Iain Buzza Helen and Buzza’s Wedding was a fantastic event and a particularly enjoyable wedding for me as I saw so many people I knew, 2 bridesmaids and the bride from a previous wedding and one of my sweetest friends from my dancing days. Helen created all the elements for their wedding from decorating olive trees for their entrance hall and making moss numbers for their table centres to the little humours touches like stick on moustaches, flip flops for tired feet and personalised letters to each guest at the wedding. Their day was wonderful glorious sunshine and Helen looked so elegant in her wedding dress. Buzza was the perfect gentleman all day and all the ushers were in good spirits and hep the day light hearted and amusing. I have the pleasure being photographer for many a wedding in Surrey, but this one really will stay with me forever for the wonderful people and the relaxed and uncomplicated atmosphere that allowed the wedding to flow with ease and kept everyone in high spirits.   To see more photos from Helen and Iain’s Wedding Please click here […]

I’ve been recommended photographer for Cantley House Hotel for two years now and they have entrusted me with providing photographs for their new wedding brochure. Very exciting! A group of recommended suppliers including Laura from Starlites Hair and Makeup and Catherine’s Cakes in Caversham. The wedding shoot was to show adaptable the venue is to any brides dream wedding and the theme was fairytale. We decided upon two key stories. The Swan Princess and The Frog Prince. Sarah and Rob’s Wedding Ghyll Manor, Surrey When Sarah and Rob chose me as their wedding photographer I was absolutely delighted. We instantly got on so well and I loved talking to Sarah about all her plans for her wedding. When I met Rob and Sarah at our wedding consultation I knew we would have so much fun working together on their wedding day. I could instantly see what they wanted from their wedding photography and how they wanted the day to flow with a fun and laid back feel. They wedding day was incredible every detail thought out by Sarah and her maid of honour Amy and Rob and the guys had their input too with their cool suites and quirky car. Their family instantly welcomed me into the wedding as if I were a guest and the bridesmaids we’re so sweet and chatty I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding party. Since moving to become a photographer in Eversley I’ve been super busy with wedding photography, newborn baby photography and busy being a boudoir photographer. So when this little bundle of joy came through my door earlier then expected I was thrilled to meet him and over the moon for the lovely Ali and Rich who had their pregnancy photographs done only weeks before. Little Oscar was desperate to meet his mummy and daddy just as much as they were looking forward to seeing him. He was an absolute joy to photograph, sleeping so well and comfortable in most poses making my life as a newborn photographer super easy!

Emily and Altin came to the photography studio in Caversham for their pre-wedding photoshoot. Emily said to me ‘I hate having my photo taken’ and seemed a little nervous. I decided to walk with them to the park instead of drive. It was a lovely sunny morning and it would give me the opportunity to talk to them about their wedding preparations and try to take their minds off the approaching shoot. I think it worked, they were laughing and joking all the way to the park so 10 minutes later were relaxed and eased into the shoot. Altin was amazing at reassuring Emily. Emmy came to the studio with her friend Ruth for a photoshoot as part of her hen do. Emmy wanted to get some beautiful elegant photos for her husband to be and some fun photos with her maid of honour. We had so much fun and the girls were brilliant in front of the camera.
