Cliveden Hotel – Worlds most expensive afternoon tea

My experience as a commercial photographer was put to use for an important event in culinary history this week. I photographed a very special afternoon tea, in fact the world’s most expensive afternoon tea at Cliveden House. A dear friend, head Chef Carlos Martinez was there to present the masterpiece. Despite running two restaurants, including the very popular Waldos famous for its exquisite modern french cuisine, Carlos finds the time to create these opulent dining experiences and pose for photos. This extremely talented chef is the one to watch. I can see stars in his eyes…Michelin ones of course.
