SANDRA’S FAMILY BLUEBELL PHOTOSHOOT       Sandra brought her son, daughter and two grand daughters to the bluebell woods in Eversley to have a special photoshoot with the three children. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and all three children were having a lovely time climbing trees (Sandra did too) and sitting amongst these beautiful flowers. I met Sandra when I donated some of my time to the Eversley Hall Christmas fund raiser and since then we have built a special working and social relationship. It’s amazing that when you give some thing away (in my case, a photoshoot, dancers performing in the show and 100 cup cakes…heehee) you gain so much more back. A lovely friend, her some dances with my street dance group now and her granddaughter will be in my daughters class at school. It made me feel so good to give something to my community, but I feel even more rewarded to have met such a lovely family. Long may our friendship last.    

       I met this beautiful family at Eversley Christmas fundraiser and they loved my photos so much they snapped up the chance at having a Bluebell Photoshoot with their little ones.   It was the most perfect afternoon, the sun was shining and little Sofia loved skipping amongst the bluebells searching for fairies. Lewis was adorable in his little outfit and so photogenic, as are his adorable parents who are expecting their third child. I can’t wait for Yvette’s next photoshoot. I have been given the privilege of doing three photoshoots for them from Bump to Baby and I can’t wait. I have loved every second of working with this kind and happy family.   Sofia felt so comfortable being photographed by me, by the end she was walking through the woods holding my hand chatting away to me as we made our way back to the studio through this enchanting forest To see more of the Tolsen Family Bluebell photoshoot visit our bluebell page.  

These little cuties came for the first bluebell shoot of the season. A little early to hit the peek of the bluebells, but it was the one weekend they were back in Arbourfield.   Symone moved away several months ago, but she really wanted me to capture this precious time in her children’s lives at this special time of year, so we made sure we could fit a shoot in on her return to Arborfield.   Little Evie loved being in front of the camera and both children are so photogenic it made my job so easy.    Another fabulous Bluebell shoot in Shiplake, Henley. This gorgeous family are regular clients of mine. I met Anette through teaching her daughter dance and since then we have had wonderful photoshoots together. Amelia is now a beautiful young woman and it was lovely to photograph her again this time with her brothers. It was a lovely afternoon in the Bluebell woods and great to bring a family who has grown up and moved away and onto lead their exciting new lives, back together for an afternoon of family fun.

Surrey has a new kind of super hero and I got the honour of photographing this handsome little baby boy. Jackson’s Mummy and Daddy have been regular clients at my photography studio for 8 years. Its so wonderful watching this family grow with every photo session. This photoshoot was so much fun, a proper little boys shoot with super heroes and an american football theme.

I have been an event, commercial and children’s photographer for 10 years, so when Amanda from Clear-sky approached me asking for help, I thought yes I could be the perfect person for the job. I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the promotional photographs for their wonderful Children’s’ charity. I think the photographs have successfully captured how their techniques use positive enforcement through play and role-play to encourage and help children, who have suffered emotional trauma. Their play therapy techniques make a huge difference to children who would otherwise suffer in silence carrying the weight of the world on their soldiers and their courses train and educate, teachers, care-workers, childminders and parents.   For more information on Clear-sky, click here
